Gossage Family Reunion

What a fun time! We had a family reunion with our kids (except Brian) and Betsy's Mother and 2 sisters and Howard's Mother in Valley County at Tamarack Resort. The cabin had 6 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, a theater room (a real hit with the kids!!), 2 decks and views galore.

We had lots of visiting. Lots of playing. Lots of fun. We went on a train ride from Cascade to Smith's Ferry (about 2 hours and 30 minutes). The kids loved it, but were exhausted when we got home. They especially liked the bridges and the tunnel. The ride follows part of the Payette River that is only accessable by rail. Really beautiful scenery!! The kids also went to McCall to the beach one day while the GreatGrands went for a drive around the lake with Aunt Kathy. We just had lots of fun, lots of food, and enjoyed each others company. What a reinforcement that families are so important and should be the center for everything that we do! We sure have a great family!!!!!!!!!!!! Next stop, Granite Lake RV Resort again. [We'll be in Space 43 if you're in the area.] This time we'll be there until September 10th, then we head for the Boise area.
