Fun time in Kamiah!

We went for a picnic on the Clearwater River. Really beautiful country. We saw about 10 deer on the way back to Kamiah!

Rosedale

A group of us walked up to Bridal Viel Falls after we got to the campground
Pretty falls
The group, all except Brenda, she took the picture
As we were leaving I got this shot. We're in Anacortes tonight. We have out farewell dinner tonight and breakfast in the morning. I will miss this group! We had a great time!!

Hell's Gate

Frazier Canyon is slow road, but beautiful
We stopped at Hell's Gate, road the tram, and had lunch

Smithers to Rosedale

Largest fly rod
We stopped at an old roadhouse and went through. The gentleman's room had a tin ceiling
And walls!
Some of the buildings
Remember these desks?!
The roadhouse
Cool stop. These roadhouses were about every 8 miles and used to be stagecoach stops

Stewart to Smithers

We took a bypass through a little native village and visited Battle Hill
These are still tribes that make totem poles

We did not go down -- note the stairs

We stopped for lunch at the junction of 37 and 16. After lunch we walked across the bridge with some friends from the caravan. Love the church with separate steeple

As we walked back across the bridge we spotted this guy checking his nets. He got quite a few salmon
